Almost deserted and an endless wait. The tables are still just as dirty.

I waited 45 minutes for my order. A "manager" asked me how long I'd been waiting. She said she'd get it right away, and that's when I made a mistake: I didn't check my order because I was already fed up with seeing people arrive after me and be served immediately. Anyway, I get home and it's a €26 order?! I only paid €33 for my actual order. Nothing is mine, actually; I didn't order that. It's outrageous.

We waited over 30 minutes to eat. Fast food hasn't been the case for a long time. We've noticed this at several McDonald's, unfortunately.

I ordered a McFlurry, which normally takes less than 10 minutes to make, result: a 30-minute wait only to not even be served in the end.

We waited over an hour at the drive-thru for two drinks! I think we need to revisit the definition of "fast food".

It's a disgrace! It took over 30 minutes to get my order, and the sundae was missing. I had to wait another 15 minutes to try and get it, but I didn't have time. Apparently, people have to go back to work in the afternoon. So I never got my sundae. They need to hire more staff, or at least more competent staff.

Fast Drive

I've rarely eaten so badly at McDonald's. A Deluxe McMuffin with an overcooked steak. No sauce. And a dry bun, as if it had been toasted the day before.

The loyalty card didn't work "because it's too old, it needs to be replaced," said the drive-thru attendant. Judging by the comments, that's not the reason. The fries were undercooked, and we had to wait a good 5 minutes before anyone took our order, even though the place was empty. The sauce packets were dumped on top of the ice cream; there were no extra bags, so the ice cream melted between the fries and burgers. I'll go somewhere else next time.
