FLUNCH DIJON QUETIGNY

Not enough staff, employees move from the till to the ice cream counter, disappear into the kitchen, and the checkout line gets longer... nothing changes, customers have to call for a cashier to come back. We come every Sunday, and it's the same every time. Something to look into.

We came yesterday, just passing through, and were more than disappointed by the restaurant's hygiene! The table was dirty, there was urine on the toilet doors, handles, and floor, and as for the food, the pasta with chorizo ​​and pepper was overcooked, practically mush. I do not recommend it.

The wait at the till was far too long, and only one person was taking our payment. The dish was no longer available but still displayed on the menu. The dessert was a disaster in name only; I won't even mention the rest. A very disappointed regular customer...

The service was catastrophic. One person in particular was completely out of place. The food was good, but no all-you-can-eat mussels and fries. Two toilets and five urinals... that's woefully inadequate during peak hours, and they're disgusting. There's no other word for it. It's really gone downhill.

I paid for my children's afternoon snack: four waffles (to be precise). The cashier told me there would be a bit of a wait, but there were only two people. They received their waffles, we waited, and then suddenly there was no one else there! I waited, I looked everywhere, 5 minutes later she came back all cheerful. I told her I'd ordered waffles, I'd been waiting for 20 minutes. She took our tickets, nothing had been done, more waiting, everything was rushed. I waited for my waffle and she said, "Sorry, but your waffles were ready." Oh really? That's strange, you weren't at your station and you just put them in the heater. She didn't reply, she just gave me my waffle, annoyed. I didn't thank her, I went to get my coffee from the machine, the cup was too small, and then I asked her for another coffee ticket, I asked for a large cup and she told me to take the drinking glasses, they're the same size! The drinking glass got stuck in the machine! Terrible service, zero, no one in charge, and it's not the first time the service has been deplorable!

The all-you-can-eat mussels and fries were nonexistent; it was a false advertisement. I am very disappointed.

Good price and good quality food. Recommended.

I go to Flunch several times a year with my grandchildren, who love it... It's not haute cuisine, but the atmosphere is warm and welcoming.

What a shame, despite the warm welcome and our fondness for this establishment: the high chairs aren't clean, the terrace floor clearly doesn't get washed very often with soap and water. The rosé is warm and often contaminated in the self-service dispenser, the mayonnaise dispenser is empty at the start of service, and the burgers and andouillette are overcooked, even when ordered rare.

Order from Flunch catering One salad was missing from the order (despite leaving a message, they didn't send a reminder) Tabouleh (tasteless, bland, just couscous) Tomato/pepper salad (no dressing, we looked for onions but couldn't find them) Potato salad (potatoes with the skin on, cut into large chunks like the tomatoes) The appetizers were excellent, the filled bread and wrap were perfect

We went for lunch today at Flunch Quetigny, and while paying, I told my partner the bill was reasonable and that we should come more often. They gave me a pager telling me my Charolais steak was ready. It had indeed been prepared in the kitchen, but it had disappeared. They started cooking it again, and I waited in vain for the pager to go off again. I asked, and the cook told me it had been ready for a while but he'd forgotten to let me know. In fact, it was completely cold and even frozen at the ends. So, no, we won't be coming more often; quite the opposite.

Very unpleasant staff, cashiers with black and blonde hair, never smiling and bitter. The same unpleasant cashier and service for dessert. I ordered a Caraflunch French toast, and it was served burnt with almost nothing on it. Another dessert, a Nutella French toast, was burnt with almost nothing on it. A waffle with nothing on it; I had to ask for more Nutella. She poked the French toast with a thermometer and didn't even clean it. Absolutely avoid this place.
