A disgrace. Appalling service. The waiters don't listen, don't understand, and don't see anything. The wait is excruciatingly long. Taking orders is a nightmare because people don't know their menu or even the basics of restaurant service. No glass with a bottled beer, no bread, poor order taking, etc. The quality of the food doesn't redeem it. My children are more careful with the presentation of dishes! The avocado tartare is just an avocado roughly chopped into pieces. The burrata doesn't run, and the tomatoes are chopped and arranged haphazardly. And of course, nobody seems to care. My only advice: Run!

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT A complete mess. 14 tables taken, 4 servers. 2 hours to eat food that was, on top of everything else, terrible. A beef carpaccio (no preparation required) and a tomato and burrata salad (also no preparation required). The service was appalling, completely disorganized. Almost every server came to our table to take our order, with 20 minutes between each. They lost the order slips, came back to ask what we had ordered after a 45-minute wait, made a mistake, and served us the starter salad instead of the main course salad. A level of amateurism I've rarely seen. And I don't blame the waiters, who clearly have no training whatsoever. It seemed like it was everyone's first day. One of the worst experiences I've ever had, and the food was beyond basic. And yet I run restaurants... Tourists sitting next to us who will take this memory and this image of France home with them... It's a disgrace.

What a disaster. It started with us not being able to order drinks first, but only at the same time as the food. Then we had to wait for 3 of the 4 starters because the last one arrived late. The food itself was okay, though. The same problem with the main course. 3 of the 4 dishes arrived first, and the last one arrived much later, after we had finished eating. One young lady tried to salvage the situation a little, but jeez, what terrible service.

We left with very mixed feelings: on the positive side, all the servers did their best and were attentive, some dishes and desserts were good (steak tartare, burger, profiteroles), and the garden is a welcome respite from the heat. On the negative side: the very expensive cocktails weren't even good (the €12 Lillet Fizz was tasteless and served in a small quantity), some dishes were unsatisfactory (the eggplant was barely cooked but a jumble of layers), and above all, the wait was extremely long. We certainly won't be returning... what a shame!

A truly pleasant surprise. A fully-fledged restaurant in a lovely setting. And a friendly and helpful staff.
