The dining room and toilets were not clean at all; for an establishment located in the city centre, this is a real shame for the city of Dijon.

The lady at the counter was very kind. Very helpful. Thank you.

A very unpleasant woman, whose job title I don't know, demands proof when you tell her you didn't receive the sauces you ordered. She makes another mistake and, instead of letting you keep the sauce after the second error, asks you to return it so she can give you the correct one this time! This is not very customer-friendly, unless the number of sauces she distributes is deducted from her salary 😅 Unacceptable, avoid at all costs!

The food is okay, despite the cold fries. (Dining in). Please, chefs in the kitchen, etc., learn to respect your employees. It's shameful to hear verbal abuse and criticism among yourselves. Furthermore, there's an employee who seems to have a back injury and is in pain. Despite this, she's the one constantly going back and forth between floors to deliver to customers. It's heartbreaking when you come to relax with friends. It would have been smart and humane to put her in the kitchen. This restaurant doesn't have the family-friendly McDonald's mentality.

It's located right in the city center, it looks fantastic, and everything inside is spotless. The food is comparable to any McDonald's.

I was there with a friend for an evening a couple of weeks ago. It's unacceptable to make people work in such temperatures; the poor students are being exploited to the bone. Temperatures nearing 40 degrees Celsius are completely shameful.

Unpleasant staff

Absolutely outraged. I went to order 9 VEGGIE nuggets (clearly noted on my receipt) around 5 pm. After a 15-minute wait, my order arrived, and at first glance, it seemed normal. Imagine my surprise when I ate one nugget and it was definitely not veggie. So I pointed it out, and they confirmed they weren't and exchanged them. Not an apology, not a word, just a statement of fact. I honestly think they don't realize the impact of making someone who doesn't eat meat eat it. It's appalling, not a small mistake, and I feel terrible.

OUTRAGEOUS! We ordered four ice creams and four glasses of water, and the manager refused to give us two more. It's summer, it's hot... And he dares to say it's the law.

Dear Manager, your chef is preparing disgusting hamburgers tonight; there's no sauce. Please be careful. The wait time is 20 minutes in light traffic.
