A very warm welcome awaits you at this bakery; you feel right at home as soon as you walk in. The products are good and the service is quick. A major plus is the salesperson with the neck tattoo: incredibly friendly, smiling, and very nice. He immediately puts you at ease and takes the time to chat with customers. I'll definitely be back!

I bought two golden baguettes from the shop window between 7:00 and 7:15 PM, and clearly, my whole family agreed they were yesterday's! Even thawed at home, they're usually not that hard. It's misrepresentation; they should have been at the back on the shelf with the yesterday's products... Shameful!

I just got back from MB, and the signage to differentiate the snack line from the bakery line needs to be redesigned. For information to be effective, it needs to be understood immediately, but here you have to see the tiny directional arrows before you can grasp the message. Furthermore, I bought a large chocolate fondant for €9.90. It was heavy but not at all melt-in-your-mouth, and made with very poor quality chocolate (milk chocolate?) compared to what they used to make. With the new competition, they might need to do a better job of checking the quality of their products.

Before advertising themselves as "sandwich shops," they should learn how to make sandwiches. It's absurd to sell such poorly made products. Luckily, the young saleswoman is pleasant and smiling.

I dealt with the manager, a short-haired woman who was rather unpleasant. Far behind the other Marie Blachère stores, this one is small and impersonal. Shop elsewhere!

I love their wholemeal bread; I buy four loaves, cut them in half, and freeze them—it lasts us about three weeks.

The service and welcome from the two saleswomen I met were very warm. We felt very comfortable, and arriving late in the evening, there was a wide selection of savory items at 50% off, which helped avoid waste. Many thanks to the team for the warm welcome!

I ordered at 8:30 am for 3 pm, I arrived at 3 pm and the manager told me, "I didn't know it was for 3 pm sharp." I had to wait 15 minutes for my order. Unacceptable.

I came to buy drinks, and the guy acted like I was bothering him and didn't understand anything at all. And the price? €6.90 for 3 cans of Coke!

A huge thank you to the cashier yesterday who made us two tuna sandwiches in a flash since there wasn't much left on the shelves (it was 2 pm). The team was friendly and very welcoming!
