We made a reservation and arrived on time. We ordered our drinks and then took our time choosing our food (20 minutes). We didn't get our food until 40-45 minutes later! We had two children with us who were getting impatient waiting despite our attempts to get the waitress to help. The table next to us was served before us, even though they arrived much later! Poor organization, and the dishes weren't served in the order they were ordered. Other customers also called the servers because they had been waiting for their food for 30 minutes. We received no apology, no drink for the long wait, and no discount! There were two of us cooking at the table, and we never experienced any lack of consideration for the customers. We will definitely not be back! The only positive point is that the food is good, but that won't be enough to make us return. If you are not able to handle that many customers at once, and to respect reservations, then you should limit the number.

We waited an hour and a half before being served, while other tables that arrived after us were served immediately. There's an organizational problem.
