I would like to extend my warmest thanks to Nicolas and his team for organizing our lunch for 50 people. They were incredibly flexible, kind, and did everything they could to ensure our group (who were running late, and later than expected) had a wonderful time. Overall, the food was delicious and well executed. However, what disappointed me was the service and the lack of attention to food safety. The Crab and Kaviari Caviar dish contained a significant amount of crab shell mixed into the meat. I found more than five or six pieces of shell in a single plate. At a Michelin-starred restaurant, food safety and attention to detail should be of the highest standard, and this fell well below those expectations. After I informed the staff and showed them the shell fragments on my plate, there was no apology, acknowledgment, or explanation. The server simply took the plate away without saying anything. What was even more disappointing was that the restaurant still charged the full price for the dish without offering any gesture of goodwill or attempting to make the situation right. Overall, the food quality was very good, but the service and the way this issue was handled were disappointing and did not reflect the standard I would expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant.

We had lunch at this Michelin-starred restaurant, opting for the five-course menu. A truly excellent, high-end experience with sophisticated flavors. The service was good. The price reflects the restaurant's status: high, but not excessive.

I went there to accompany a large group. The staff was very welcoming and went out of their way to accommodate even the most outlandish requests from my clients. And all within the allotted time! I warmly thank the chef, his team, and the waitstaff for their impeccable service. I hope to return soon.

3 hours for the food. And the entire restaurant was our group. Awful service. How do you accept a reservation but cannot offer proper service

It was really delicious. It was the best. The wine list is compact, but the prices are really good. I can't forget the taste and atmosphere of eating while looking out at the sun-drenched streets of Dijon. Thank you for all the kindness and service. See you again next time. Thank you for everything

A truly wonderful experience at L’Oiseau des Ducs. The Talmay menu is exceptionally well-crafted, featuring refined, expertly executed cuisine with a genuine attention to the ingredients. The restaurant's intimate atmosphere makes for a truly pleasant experience, both elegant and relaxed. A truly excellent choice.

For a 1 Michelin star: Great food and good service. The small wine list at lunchtime and the recommendations were convincing. The dessert was particularly outstanding, while the amuse-bouche at the beginning wasn't quite as impressive. Slight limitations in the English descriptions of the dishes were compensated for by the friendly service. Unfortunately, the ambiance was somewhat disrupted by the influencer and filming. However, this wasn't the restaurant's fault.

Lovely fine dining restaurant. Food and service was amazing. Nice little pre-course bites that were very tasty. Wine and champagne suggestions were very good. Restaurant was extremely quiet. Lacked a bit of atmosphere. Overall a good experience.
