You really should change the schedule, it says you open Sundays at toison d'or and this is the second time I come and you are close. Please change the schedule is already really difficult to find where to eat on Sundays in France, so when you come back and see it close even if google maps says is open is very sad.

I'd never tried it before, the concept is a bit different from other fast food places, but very good, original milkshakes and drinks 🥤

So happy to find the same delicious burgers as during our trip to New York! As for the rest, the team is fantastic: friendly, helpful... Don't change a thing!

Good food, service a bit slow, but understandable given how busy the restaurant was. However, what's absolutely unjustified is the price! €55 for three people, one of whom didn't order fries or a drink... We're glad we tried Five Guys, but we definitely won't be back. Homemade fries aren't worth that price...

Very expensive for what it is! €18.70 for a hamburger with three dry patties, three pieces of burnt bacon, and a bottle of water, and no fries! The hamburger was completely upside down in the foil... In short, I won't be back.

A disastrous experience at the Five Guys in Dijon. Given the prices they charge, you expect at least a hot meal and to be treated with respect as a customer. We were served cold fries. Thinking it was a simple mistake, we politely pointed it out to the staff. The result? No reaction whatsoever. They did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation, not even a gesture or a word of apology. The manager was conspicuously absent: he didn't even bother to come and speak with us or resolve the issue. We were completely abandoned, without any response. This is unacceptable for a major chain. Never again.

We went to eat at the Five Guys in Dijon and the experience was particularly poor. We ordered fries which were served completely cold. Faced with this problem, I immediately informed the staff. Unfortunately, there was no response whatsoever: no gesture of goodwill, no replacement, nothing. What's most unacceptable is the attitude of the management. The manager didn't even bother to come and see us to offer an explanation or apologize. We were simply ignored and left standing there without the slightest consideration. The principle of Five Guys is to pay a certain price for quality and service. Here, neither was present. I do not recommend this establishment.

A huge thank you to the entire Five Guys team! After a minor issue, they offered a fantastic gesture of goodwill, which was truly appreciated. On top of that, the whole team was lovely, friendly, and very professional. It's a pleasure to experience such attentive customer service. I will definitely be back. Thank you again! ✨
