Terrible! I waited an hour for nothing. There was nobody there, yet they still managed to forget my order. Not recommended.

Order placed on their website: 2 pizzas and a side. An hour's wait for that. Result: the Margherita with extra goat cheese mysteriously transformed into a goat cheese and honey pizza (culinary creativity serving incompetence), and the second pizza arrived half-crushed on the cardboard lid. I called to complain. They offered me a credit... for a future order, which I obviously have no intention of placing. I requested redelivery, and after several minutes of waiting worthy of a truly outdated customer service department, they asked me to return the botched pizzas before considering anything. The outcome of this gastronomic evening: my daughter ate... an appetizer. And I ate dinner alone, after politely returning their inedible pizzas. Truly masterful. Customer service light years away from even the most basic professionalism. They can count on me never to hear from me again, and I won't hesitate to let everyone know.

I used to enjoy treating myself occasionally, but... What's going on with the prices? What's with this price surge? I'm seriously considering reducing the number of orders I place, or even stopping altogether. They have promotions for groups, but what about individual menus or buying things individually? The prices have become ridiculous.

Delivery service needs improvement. I live at 51 bis, and the delivery driver arrived at number 51. He called me, and I told him over the phone that he had the wrong entrance and needed to go back up the street. He called me back 10 minutes later without having moved. I had clearly given him instructions when placing the order so he could find the building and deliver to my door.

A very good experience at Domino's Pizza. The pizzas are good, generously topped, and ready quite quickly. The staff are friendly and the service is fast.

I placed my order by phone during a special delivery day, but the website didn't automatically apply the discount, so I decided to call the restaurant. We placed the order together over the phone, clearly stating my intention to pay the special delivery day price. When the pizzas were delivered, I was presented with a bill of €34.98. The discount of €8.99 per medium pizza wasn't applied. The delivery driver didn't quite understand my confusion either, so I decided to call the restaurant back to ask for an explanation. The result: the special delivery day price doesn't apply to deliveries. But the salesperson conveniently forgot to mention that when I placed my order. I'm really disappointed with the service. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again.

Ordering 2 pizzas for delivery cost €31. The service was shamefully fast. The "Cannibal" pizza was a terrible rusk. The raclette was an expensive extra, and the raclette dough was nonexistent, tasting like soap. After 2 years without coming, you're no longer serving us. This franchise is going to go under at this rate.
