I placed a pizza order on your website on July 9, 2026, at 10:30 PM (€32.95), and the amount was successfully debited. However, upon arriving at your location, I found your establishment completely closed, even though your Google listing indicated you were open. Since then, I have been trying unsuccessfully to contact you to obtain a refund for my order, but I have received no response. I request that you issue a refund immediately. If I do not receive a response from you within 24 hours, I will be forced to take legal action and file an official complaint with consumer protection services.

Hello, this is Allo Pizza in Dijon. Frankly, I'm very disappointed with this pizzeria because the pizzas they sold me tonight were inedible. I tasted them when I was really not feeling well, and I threw them in the bin. For €40, that's extremely expensive. I'd rather go to La Cabane à Pizza in Chevigny; at least you won't be disappointed, and besides, the service is far too slow.

Restaurant 100% approved! The food was excellent, the staff very friendly, and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend it. Long live Tunisia!

I placed my order at 12:46 AM, it said 1:21 AM, and it's now 2:45 AM. How can I put it? We're not going to wait this long for our orders anymore! I placed another order the same day with no problems, and now there's absolutely nothing. I'm leaving this review because it's outrageous. I call, and nobody answers. I've made five calls, with each call lasting at least 15 to 20 minutes. I find this completely unprofessional. Why are you open until 4 AM and provide your phone number if you can't even answer the phone and deliver an order? It's shameful. Luckily, I didn't pay in advance and chose cash.

Delicious! The best value pizzeria in Dijon: their pizzas and burgers are truly excellent. I'm so glad I found this place and I go back quite often. The staff are lovely: helpful and very friendly. Thanks guys!! I recommend it 100% ✅✅✅😋😋
