3 Brasseurs Dijon - Toison d'Or

Second visit to Les 3 Brasseurs de la Toison, a few months after the first (see below). Just as satisfied as the first time: the welcome was friendly, the order taken quickly, and the service efficient and seamless, with a special mention for the motivated trainee waiter! The burger was still good, and the beer was still excellent, making me want to try the rest of the menu. Still charmed by the same cute waiter, with his curly hair, earring, and sunny smile (still no first name), complemented by the charm of his colleague in the St. Patrick's Day t-shirt and the sexy intellectual look. They'll know who they are! What more could you ask for? Thank you to the team! First time at Les 3 Brasseurs de la Toison this Wednesday, October 30th. Although there was a bit of a wait (which wasn't surprising given how crowded the mall was that day, during the busy shopping period), I was happy with my meal. It was a pleasant experience, the burger was excellent, the beer was great, and to top it all off, I was served by a very charming and cute waiter with curly hair and an earring, whose name I unfortunately don't know, but he'll probably recognize himself. Thank you to him and his smile! A very satisfied customer

Hot, noisy bagged salad!!!!! Avoid at all costs

We arrived with high expectations, but the experience was disappointing. We waited an hour and a half for two burgers and fries, a simple order. When they arrived, the burgers were lukewarm, but thankfully the fries were hot. The restaurant itself was very clean, and the restrooms smelled nice. I think it's really a staffing issue, perhaps due to understaffing, but the facts remain. The service lacked consideration, and no apology was offered for the wait, except when we paid. Informing us upon arrival would have been more than enough to ensure a smooth evening. It's a shame, because with better service, the place has potential.

Avoid at all costs! No one seated us, and the atmosphere was awful from the moment we walked in. We ordered ice cream and pineapple juice at 3 pm. The ice cream hadn't arrived at our table 15 minutes after the juice, even though it had been waiting in the kitchen across from me for 10 minutes. I called the waiter over, and he spoke with the cook, who handed him a new ice cream. But no, he brought me the one that had already melted 20 minutes earlier. I asked him if it hadn't melted by now, given how long it had been sitting in the kitchen. He turned around, looked completely unimpressed, and went to get the second one. He placed it on my table without a napkin or a word. The whole team looked like they were at a funeral... I definitely regret spending money there.

This restaurant was absolutely TERRIBLE today! We waited over 20 minutes for our aperitifs... and 30 minutes for our main courses... which arrived with the wrong side dish (fries instead of green beans and salad)... the carbonnade was absolutely disgusting... almost everything stayed on the plate! For dessert, we waited another 20 minutes and were served without spoons! We had to wait even longer to eat them! In short, the service was appalling, with waiters who clearly didn't care. €170... for 6 people! Way too expensive! Unfortunately, I do not recommend it!
